How does my free trial work?
Your risk-free trial provides 30 days of unrestricted access to any Delivety plan. Your card will not be charged unless you select a plan at the end of your 30-day free trial.
What is an order?
And order is a core unit of work to be completed by our system. It starts from receiving the order with “New” status, and ends with processing it to “Delivered” or “Canceled” status.
How do you charge for Delivety?
Once your free trial is over, you can select any pricing plan that suits you. You will be prompted to confirm the subscription, and once it has been confirmed, you will then be charged each month according to the selected pricing plan until you cancel it. You can also upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time.
What payment methods are accepted?
We use Stripe for payment processing. That means you can pay for your plan using a bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, EnRoute, or your Stripe balance. You can also pay using a credit card without having to create a Stripe account (if you don’t have one) through a Stripe guest payment gateway.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely! We understand how important it is to not lose an order, so your account won’t stop working, even if the number of orders exceeds your plan limit. We will notify you about that, though, so that you can upgrade any time within 14 days.
How long does it take to deploy Delivety?
Delivety can be set up and running in just a couple of minutes. However, if you are going to integrate Delivety into your existing website, it could take anywhere from several hours to a few days for your developers to set up the webhooks on your website to begin sending orders from your website to Delivety via API.
Can I get help with API integration for my existing website?
Sure, we can do that for you! Just drop us a line here, so that we can ask you for all the details we need to quote your custom integration. It’s highly likely that we can integrate your website within a couple of days!
Can I get a discounted rate if I deliver more than 10,000 orders per month?
We can provide you with custom enterprise pricing, if you expect to process more than 10,000 orders per month through Delivety. Contact our sales team so that we can gather all the necessary information and provide you with reasonable monthly pricing.
How much does a food ordering system cost?
Depending on your needs a professional food ordering system could cost you from $100 to $800 per month. However, here at Delivety, we have a special free plan for food delivery start-ups which is free allows you to have a beautiful food ordering website created in minutes and hosted on our platform. But even our most expensive Ultra Plan, which allows you to have three websites and accept up to 10,000 orders per month, will cost you just $99 per month only.
