Do I need a developer to set up a takeaway ordering system?
No. The interface is designed for restaurant owners, not programmers. You click through setup steps, fill in your information, and you're done. If you get stuck, support is available by chat or phone.
How do I manage delivery zones and pickup slots?
You draw zones directly on a map interface. For each zone, you set the delivery fee and minimum order. For pickup slots, you choose which time windows are available. Customers only see slots you've opened.
Can customers pay online with the takeaway system?
Yes. The system accepts credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. All transactions are secure and encrypted. You can also enable cash on delivery if customers prefer paying in person.
