User identification

  • We know that your commercial secrets have to remain with you, while your staff can move in or out. That’s why Delivety features a two-level PIN-code identification system to keep your user’s accounts safe
  • In order to log in, your personnel needs to know your unique Delivety URL, your Company’s PIN-code, and the user’s PIN code. Both of these PIN-codes systems are protected from brute force attacks
  • A Company’s PIN-code ensures that the person who is attempting to log in belongs to your staff. You might want to change this PIN-code each time someone on your staff leaves  
  • A User’s PIN-code identifies the person who is logging in. As your users have different levels of access to the system, it’s crucial to identify them properly. Additionally, once the employee leaves your company, you have to delete or deactivate its user, or at least change their PIN-code

Keeping your data safe

  • We know that the customer database, dish recipes, and sales data are the most precious gems of your brand. And in order to keep them safe, they cannot be accessed by any unauthorized personnel
  • The only person who has access to the customer database export function is you or a duly authorized employee. The same is true about your sales data; the person who is authorized to export it can be a different person from the one who has the access to only the analytics and reports
  • Dish recipes cannot be downloaded or saved in any way, and neither can the other valuable data. The only way to export the data is the Delivety Data Export tool, which is totally under your control
